Uh no, the end of the game show what happen for all of them.
You see the female zombie once more later, th doctor is getting rejected by MC after she bettrayed him, only Mitsuki defended him when the others ppo discovered mc power, and Motsuki and MC become a offocial couple.

Oh, and you see fmc friend too more often, hes getting rejected later, especially after a sort of festival with everyone watching a film.
