I hope manga will let doctor have better ending than VN. she's survive but mental broken due to lots of stuff in this arc and barely got mentioned after whole incident resolved

btw, the manga did fine job at adapting VN as best as they could. I mean it could be better but this ain't bad at all. If anyone find the story a bit interesting then consider check out its VN with same name. it has 4Vol. in total. and EN translation.

Don't expected the absolute masterpiece story tho. It's 18+ VN at first.

Well, I did not played VN, but from what I know, manga is getting very close to ending of original Web Novel. However, from previews it looks like that we start possibly diverging into own story.

Been a while since I read the web novel, how did he not get shot if they found that he got bitten? He was one of the better combatant, not finishing him off while they had the chance would leave a very scary zombie to go after them, no?

Honestly, he might have just caught something nasty from that bite, unrelated to the zombie thing. That mouth is nasty, it's not unlike being bitten by a komodo dragon: just massive amounts of toxic shit. Heck, maybe literally.
