What happened to the doctor????

This is what confuses me as well.

The last we saw her was in Ch.30, when MC's revealed his truth.

I checked the raws Ch.33-37 (and the other language release for Ch.38 as i couldn't find its raws), and she doesn't appear in anywhere in them.

Would have liked if she was knocked up as well, since he did do a lot with her especially if we count the Volume Bonus chapters.

This series started as a web novel, then was adapted into visual novel and manga. The web novel is never finished, and the visual novel made its own ending. The original writer dropped the series a long time ago. His name is listed on here but it doesn't mean he's ever involved with the manga production.
