Yeah, how unhinged. I wonder why someone might think netorare is established as a theme early on between that and the plot about the three girls potentially giving themselves to King. Or when the main party gets captured in chapter 7-8 and the guys that captured them are deciding who gets to bang the girls first. Or when King has a fairly detailed and elaborate NTR plot used against him as his undoing. Or when Koutarou NTRs Karen's dad. We also know that there are guys with other powers, similar to Koutarou's, which means that they might be able to cure girls by banging them, which means that it may very possibly become a plot device at some point that the girls at some point are treated by being banged by someone other than MC at some point. There's more than enough foreshadowing to draw that conclusion from the start. Plenty of stories don't immediately go into NTRing the FMC. They want to introduce characters first, flesh them out, give you time to become attached to the characters. There are stories that go on much longer, with far less foreshadowing that end up with the FMC being NTR'd.

But, unless you've seen the mangaka specifically go off about their distate for certain brands of NTR, it's certainly never off the table in a story like this. You have no clue what might happen next. It's bound to nothing other than the whims of the mangaka and/or the publisher. And beyond that, we're now being introduced to the idea that the MC's party isn't completely invincible and overpowered. Kana lost that match. They're now being established as vulnerable, whereas they were always pretty in control of the situation and dominant in fights before. If anything, it's more on the table now than ever.
It's not like we're 200 chapters into this thing either, and I'm just picking out a few instances that could be interpreted a certain way from some long running story. It's chapter 21, and it's been brought up pretty regularly from go.

It's not that long. This is a forum, for a literary medium. A place where you can discuss what you read with thoughts that extend beyond three sentences. Personally, I couldn't care less whether the story goes into NTR or not. But, the blinders some people put on due to their hatred of NTR is something else.
