Mutant zombies...
this makes me wonder if main girl friend could return as a enemy.
She was NTR'eed at the start, we know some zombies still have some consciousness as they speak, and when the duo escaped she wasn't killed, they simply left the school.
We still don't know if a fully infected can be cured or not, sadly the slutty teacher got ultra killed.
