He has a revolver with limited ammo, and regularly invites people to his room to molest them, so you'd think someone would've gotten fed up with being his slave and taken his gun while he was sleeping or otherwise occupied, especially when they were making it out like he's only been hording the supplies that were already there.

Wasn't it mainly that zombies ignore him for some reason so he can go out for more supplies

One thing I find interesting is we haven't seen the FMC being chased by zombies on her own. I wouldn't be surprised if being a half-zombie makes you undetectable to other zombies, and the big reveal is it isn't the MC's sperm that stops the girls from turning into a zombie, but simply having sex is what helps stop the process. If that is the case, then I wouldn't be surprised if the male teacher is also a half-zombie, which is why he constantly needs sex.
