Seeing as dragons have a human form, wouldn't it have been appropriate for the dragons to attend the wedding in human form? The bride is in human form, despite being a dragon, after all...

Well it depends, do all dragons have human forms, or is it an ability that only some of them have? Because it's shown to be an ability that requires some level of concentration to maintain, it also might just be too hard for most dragons to maintain it throughout the whole wedding ceremony.

Honestly why is he living in the middle of town anyways, shouldn't he be outside of the walls or something, or have his own estate if he's a dragon layer.

Maybe some sort of tolerance towards non-humans?
