Quick summary for you all:
After Arel finished his "training" on the tamer city, he returned home and ended up marrying Raina. It seems like his sisters were not happy with it and started plotting something (or at least that is my guess from their brief dialogue), but due to Mira's class (assassin) she decided to train alone somewhere else.

I'm not entirely sure if she being away is part of their plan or if it is just because of her class. I'm pretty sure they didn't clarify if she wanted to kill Raina, but given the way this manga is I doubt it would come to that. I think Mira just wants to beat Raina and prove that she isn't worth of her brother, or something along those lines.
