It was said so casually that I’m almost certain that it’s a translation error considering how much he emphasized not showing ALL his cards and power in previous chapters Granted, stopping time doesn’t encompass “all”, but it’s a damn big deal and enough for it to count as one of the things he would hide if he did in fact have the ability to do said time stopping. Welp, guess he just meant that he’d stop them in the nick of time or something of the like, lol.
