I'll give it about ten chapters before it's proven that he is a child. He probably can't plot schemes to save his life.
And he can probably be incited into thoughtlessly trying to lash out against his mother for it, if an opening can be had.

Now we see what Perez is actually up to; trying to subtly throw a monkey-wrench into the development project in the West, to make the Empress look bad. If he was sizing up Clerivan previously, maybe what he was actually trying to determine, is if Pellet was assisting the Royal family on the sly. Pellet was certainly acquiring the other half of the lumber harvest, but perhaps Perez was not clear on where it was actually going, and wanted to be sure it wasn't actually being procured by Empress Lavini or any of her associates.

This manga is really intresting nad have one of the best plots out there but...
Delivery to the door should not be a new concept. Like for nobliltiy having things delivered to their homes was a standard. Wheather this would be from merchants directly selling their wares to noble homes or servants bringing ordered goods from the tradesman to home.
Actually it just weirds me out to frame it like an amazon thing when the actual thing of intrest for her should be stable trade routes or creation of new ones. The biggest worries today is if the good is damaged or in the worst case lost in transit. Back in olden times the biggest worries are actual security from both human and natural forces. And if there is an actually functional road or way to make trade on!
gah admittedly I'm overthinking this and I'm just gonna stop here

I doubt this. If it is a given that the two acting leads get together then one would need to abdicate their post in their house. Normally this would be the FL cause of gender standards, but we have seen time and time again that the FL cares more about her household than anything else. Because of this it can be expected that the ML will renounce his position as prince to be with her. This would leave the only person to be king as the "child". In order to not make readers disappointed in the new king the author will likely attempt to redeem him by his cutting of ties with the queen. We have already seen their relationship worsen which leads me to believe in this prediction.

Yeah, this story is so great I can gently ignore that it has just a touch of that good ol' stupid innovation plot device syndrome.

Nobility like to bring the store and the inventory in to the house, so only high class can do it and the range is limited, this way they don't need to bring store but only a booklet then order it, way cheaper and wider range

Yeah it's really weird. It's also kind of absurd because they still transport messengers by horse and carriage. What she is trying to do is make a sears and roebuck catalog for rich people. Who already custom ordered things and already things delivered to their house in the first place. The only "innovation" would be to build a trade hub in the cerseau region and travel by boat. But if trade with the east was already so valuable it would have been done already.

Tldr author doesn't think about the logistics of transportation and the key details of the plot device for the upcoming arc were not given any attention. It won't ever come up again so that is good enough. Also how did she mass producing items like clothing without solving the issues behind their prohibitive cost. namely the time it takes to create fabric and that everything needs to be handled stitched. She is trying to implement post industrial revolution ideas and business models without an industrial revolution which would ultimately make her business model fail.

Rant over

I am looking forward to seeing tia realize her feelings for the second prince.

Although the concept of home delivery is not new (though to be fair, we have no idea how it works in this world), her idea actually is innovative. We are so accustomed to these things being normal that we forget that someone had to come up with the idea in the first place. While it’s true that things like couriers and regular household deliveries and tradesmen coming to the door existed, that tended to be on a local level and the tradesmen were not necessarily bringing a custom order, they were bringing whatever wares they procured and offering those. Ordering something specific from far away wasn’t widely/affordably possible until reliable trade routes were secured. The Lombardi transportation logistics are in place to transport their own goods between their own locations, if I understand correctly, Tia is suggesting that they become a transportation hub. Instead of each company needing to figure out how to transport their goods, they can go through one place. They have a huge advantage because they are a giant company that has branches everywhere and the logistics to support it. Even if there are other delivery companies, which ones can afford to cover more than a small region? Getting started on this kind of enterprise requires a large capital investment and infrastructure (ships/carts/horses/personnel/routes/etc) but Lombardi conveniently has most of that in place already. I know this sounds like a no brainer, but remember that once upon a time UPS was an innovation 🤷🏻‍♀️
