The twists and turns … I love the somber tone of this manga. Shiki's death was long overdue, but Hosaka covering everything up neatly and making up with Ei was a nice surprise.
The priest twist though. Well, a priest listens in to confessions of the pained—no wonder he seems to know the supposed scums of society without ever being traceable. He also takes parts of the donation money too, all outside of legal accountability (like was shown when Shiki wanted to donate). That was a clever wrap-up even with the openly hanging threads.
