We have no idea at this point. The evil essence from that necklace was ingrained into her that she literally laid 2 'eggs' and essentially killed at least two people (her former comrade and that gold-digger one).

And as we've seen, the hero literally killed those two and their spawns with fire. There's no coming back from that.
