I actually have no clue myself, since there's been no update on the site I take the raws from.
Checking Teshima's tweets, it looks like he was promoting both the main manga's vol12 and the spinoff's vol3 sales back in June, from which I can only gather that the current volume is finished.
Chapter 19 is probably part of a potential vol4, which we haven't heard anything about. We knew about vol3 because of the "extra" chapter in vol2, but they didn't say anything about vol4.

As things stand, we can only hope the main series doesn't have to cover TOO MUCH stuff before the spinoff can resume...

If anyone is wondering why the spin-off doesn't continue, the reason is that Momo Futaba-sensei has been sick since June. She's recovering now and drawing again, but the manga won't continue until next year. I highly recommend following her on BlueSky (ftbmomo).
