Hmmmmmm... I've noticed that out of 24 hours, the forums stays inactive (or shows very little activity) for majority of hours and for certain hours the activity spikes up, "coincidentally" these are the hours when the regulars are most likely to be active and message! oh...also, I do not mean it as "regulars interacting with each other" kind of active.. I mean it as "many threads gets active together" kind of active!! sure! you can say that a regular just activated and brought up a thread thread again and now everyone is seeing it and commenting on it, hmmm... but turns out it's not necessarily like it, you know?
If a lurker or a new user brings up a thread it's 60-70% less likely to be followed up by another user.. also depending on the "familiarity" (the joining date) of the user also affects the activity followed up after it. The older the better...I guess there is also some kind of tier-ranking between the regulars (don't ostracize me for saying this, sorry..), being a regular is very cool and something that comes with a lot of power within the forum!! this is what I've noticed within the last two days, they can be wrong too so don't pay that much attention, okay? I don't wanna be thrown out this early!! Please!!
I would like to point out that regulars don't seem to be as active over the weekends too.Oh, wow! The forum is active again! It's absolutely phenomenal seeing a barren land suddenly blooming flowers within just minutes!
