If there's concern about a sword being too heavy to carry, what about actually using it?

How is one guy so heavy that it tilts the entire carriage with several people in it?

Yeah although I love details like these like the mc being heavy and using an extremely heavy sword having consequences and visible drawbacks the wagon tilting doesnt make any sense, based on where he is putting his foot it would break the footrest or wheel first than tilting the whole thing with people in it, its not like a car or truck with rubber wheels and suspensions.
