Idk how to explain it, but this manga seems to have "fanservice" just because the genre tends to have fanservice, and they do not know whether they want to commit to being a parody. It's not very good fanservice. I feel nothing from it. The rest of the manga is very fun though. I think it'd carry itself just fine as a sincere "make clothes for the involuntary stripper hero" story
With the exception of the chapter 3 colour page, which is the tamest form of fanservice possible, I didn't see anything else I would consider FS. Everything suggestive was a gag related to the story.
With the exception of the obligatory beach and hot spring chapters in many shounen mango, FS is up skirts, unnecessary eroticism, and suggestive illustrations such as those often seen on chapter title pages where a character is drawn wearing lingerie, all drawn for absolutely no reason other than titular.
Read a couple of chapters of Rosario Vampire to get a sense of the mango's original, nearly wholesome tone and then watch a couple of episodes of the anime. THAT'S fanservice in its purest form.
Everything suggestive in this mango is used as a gag. It actually has a reason to exist.
