Well I wanted to see if this was worth giving a chance, but is a no for me, Ace Attorney is a more interesting look into the harsh court system of Japan where they boast a high conviction rate to the detriment of actual justice.

This is just so rotten, is not funny, and I love black comedy, is just tragic, the court, the judges, the people in the tribunes, they should all burn.
Don't ask me, but I am sure there are better series that are "magical girls with a twist", they all want to be Madoka, but none of them are, I liked the one with the 30+ year old that becomes one by accident, haven't read it in a while.

The only porn here, is misery porn, I do suppose is meant to be a black comedy but is a black comedy as much Madoka is one if seeing Mami lose her head should be framed as a joke. Comedy can be highly subjective and is hard to discuss the quality of it at times, I don't think I can make a better case than this to present my opinion.

I think the issue people have is that the law is dystopian.

And it's true.

Now I am enjoying this series because of the lewd moments and references to lewd fetishes and also like magical girl defeat hentai, but the difference is that in defeat hentai the MG is raped by monsters, tentacles an/or evil organizations And that's it.

Here they're being sentenced to be raped, impregnated,petrified and who know what else.
For the crime of being defeated/raped by monsters.
It's the injustice of it all that's a bit uncomfortable

I see this as the same as trying to add logic to Wonderland, from what we already see, it's clear that normal logic can't just be applied.

the MC and all her clients are up against that wacky world and have to use the same dumb logic to get them out of trouble, the court room is not just the battlefield but the real antagonist of this series.

I imagine the end goal will be some supreme court battle to change the laws/rules so that Magical girls aren't unfairly put on trial so often or something.

This has the same over the top absurd trials like ace attorney, the same ero-comedy like Rosen Garten Saga, What happens inside the dungeon, Gushing over magical girls and similar and the same fucked up magical girl world building like Magic madoka or magical girl raising project. I get this not being for anyone... or most people.
But it also strikes me as very intentional and self aware. Yes the magical girl system is extremely fucked up and the trials completely unfair, that's the point. The mc has to fight this and likely dismantle/change it while we explore in-world normalized fucked up concepts with the classic 'innocent magical girl' cover. Maybe this can give another perspective when reading. Think exploring awful weird elements like junji ito's works and extreme systemic issues like many medieval political fantasies with ace attorney esque silly absurd trials, some ero-comedy and the 'looks sweet, is evil' gap.
(Again, I definitively understand not liking this or feeling uncomfortable. Just seeing many comments which, as far as I can tell, seem to think the manga isn't aware of or isn't against its absurdity/injustice and solely is hentai (tho it's part of it...))

To add to this, the uncomfortable nature of it, for better or worse, is also part and parcel to the experience. In the end, much like a horror movie, there is catharsis to make up for that unpleasant experience which allows the reader to keep going. It's up for debate though on if that uncomfortableness exceeds the weight of the catharsis. Cause boy does everything freakin' hurt. The peanut gallery of guys is the worst part to me.

This manga is way darker than Rosen-Garten Saga because the characters dont actually enjoy the setting they're in along with the tone being harsher. if it was truly self aware it wouldn't have glossed over the previous magical girl so quickly.
