absolutely devastating. what an absolute shit end. i am very unhappy about this, but when they finished non-chan drama in 2 chapters i knew the end was coming soon. so many good arcs to be had, fucking vanished. we are about to enter the dark age of romcoms. uzaki is next, followed by bokuyaba. fuck man this really sucks, we have lost so many good romcom in just the last 6 months. anything is better than just splashing us with cold water to let us know its over. fucking christ.

....Basically everything after the student festival arc ended up being pointless filler.
I've been down on this comic for quite some time; however, I really enjoyed the two chapters where they got together, and thought that the comic might improve. Instead, the writing declined back to its usual low-level setting, and it seemed as though the author had little idea how to write the two leads as an enjoyable couple.
I'm not surprised that the author made sure that this chapter only had the two leads in it, because in all honesty, I think it's clear at this point that the author struggles to write scenes that involve more than two characters.

Definitely not a comic I'd recommend to anyone who would need to start from the beginning.

I wish more mangakas had the courage to write couple life instead of ending their series soon after the main couple gets together.

It's especially egregious for this series. I started reading this because of cool cosplays, cosplay lore, and character development and then was blindsided by the romance plot which I gladly welcomed. But then the series is over as soon as the romance is resolved? There are so many things this premise could have delved into that we'll never see unless she decides to make a continuation.

I don't k ow if you are aware of this romance series but "The Nagel Next Foor Spoils Me Rotten" is one of those series that starts before they meet and becomes a relationship, very diabeticaly sweet and continues further on.

Fucking same bullshit with the romance stories where they kill the series off the moment the characters get together. NOBODY EVER COMMITS. Besides Uzaki-chan, how has this series become like the only good romance manga that CONTINUES to explore the relationship.

Beginning might give some mixed feelings, but it gets really good later.
A lot of character development both for MCs and side charas and the story itself is rather enjoyable.
Some fine comedy, no unnecessary drama and while in first 10 or so chapters mc is somewhat cringy, he gradually changes as the story progresses.
This series really surprised me, as I didn't expect it to get actually good while I was scrolling through first chapters barely reading when I first saw it.

Well yeah, I was really looking for the development of Princess situation, but it is what it is.
Last couple of chapters did feel strange and somewhat out of order, so I had a tiny feeling and yeah here it goes...
Can't say I'm as disappointed as people in comms above, but I'm not particularly happy about it either

Well, it has been a fun ride. Heard the mangaka already had some health issues. Hope it’s not related to this abrupt end. Still, I wished we got to see more of them as a proper couple. Wanna see them go on dates and maybe even some arguments but a healthy couple would go through that stronger

Well there won't be an Anime second season either. Anime needs lot's of direction and input. Dropping/ending the series because of Health. That's all folks. Nothing more is going to come out.
