Sorry, but I refuse to recognize it as a dragon.

1. You, guys, refuse to recognize wyverns as dragons, based on limb count. But in all sudden, a creature without any resemblance of a dragon is "a dragon" because an author decided so.
So why are wyverns not able to be dragons if authors decided so, but this creature can? Also dragons don't have dog-like paws. Neither sheeps do.
2. Want a cute dragon? Iris from Shikkakumon no Saikyou Kenja (funny facial expressions, smiles adorably, a weirdo); Murakan from The Swordsman's Youngest Son (a cat boy); Veil from Let's Buy and Cultivate the Land in Another World (a loli) - but both look brutal as dragons.
Or make it being a kid - like Raon from The Trash of the Count's Family or someone else.
