For anyone wonder why there's two sets of covers now, I did a little digging and apparently the manga used to run in Square's Manga Up (and was then presumably axed) before transferring to Shogakukan's Yawaraka Spirits after a bit of a hiatus. Shogakukan then republished volumes 1-4 digitally with new covers.

I really want to like this manga but i can't . It's trying too hard to make MC cool, when they are not. I hate to use this word but... it's a bit cringe whenever mc is "fighting" or talking with anyone ogre related that is not the other mc.

telling herself to confess when she feels she's good enough

the only way that would really be possible if it was maliciously made yuribait, and i highly doubt that's the case (oh yeah also its listed on the publisher's site as GL so...)
