Interesting to see Inuchiku bringing the cow kigurumi for a second time, but this time Nozomu is wearing it. I think this may set precedent that some of the stuff inuchiku has drawn before nuking the pixiv could return in the serialization.

That aside I was surprised by Seven Seas picking up this manga (and even more surprised with the "official" new title, seriously Seven Seas who came up with it?! The series is literally translated as "My cousin", just two words. You dragged it up to SEVEN words!) but anyways.

It's not the first time a series I did scanlation to as a fan gets a serialization. But I'm pleased with this, and please do support inuchiku and the official english release by Seven Seas once it comes out. The world must know the cuteness of Sou, Mikoto, Aoi and everyone!

This may be just me being overtly optimistic, but I like to think that the english release was possible because all of you guys' support and well reception and interest on the series, enough to show Seven Seas that there's definitely people out there enjoying Itoko no Ko and wants to see more of it!

Osis already mentioned it in the first page of this chapter, but we're not planning to stop. We'll continue for as long as we can.

I think Nozomu was reacting to Sou casually grasping something dangly at crotch level (though it's inconsistently drawn since, in the earlier panels, the teats were more at belly level). Logically, the teats would be sewn to the outside of the cow suit so that there would presumably be no access to them from inside the suit.
