In general if a translator catches interest and a project gets going on /a/, the translator will make a thread where he post the raws and the translation, a cleaner/redrawer will clean the raws (that's already done for chapter 29-33), and sometimes a proof reader will go through the translation (by far not always, but for the 13 year old actress they do), and then the typesetter will post the typeset chapter and then upload on mangadex or wherever (usually after a while so people can catch mistakes). Usually uploaded under the /a/nonymous group, but some use other groups.
There hasn't been any interest from any translator though on /a/ (it's a fairly hard manga to translate because of the thick dialect), and the only thing we've got is MTLd chapters of varying quality without sfxs. But you could for instance typeset chapter 29 with the MTL and make a recruitment page for a translator at the end of the chapter, and redo chapter 29 later if we manage to get a translator with sfxs. I can probably continue cleaning/redrawing if we manage to get together a group instead of doing it on /a/, but I'm a little unstable in how often I'm able to work.
