DesertStorm already answered you the outcome, but Kurumi's mistake is assuming that Switzerland intervention funds were infinite. They weren't (nothing is infinite, and especially not the funds of a small (albeit rich) country), and brutally decided to stop maintaning the euro exchange rate to CHF at 1.20 when they couldn't support it anymore while still assuring a few days before that they would continue the policy .

Most types of retail forex brokers were effected by that day, here's the low-down: Retail forex brokers are a middle man to the interbank market where all the action happens. Most of the time you are buying or selling from them and they are buying or selling on the interbank market to offset the positions. Stop orders were useless. Positions that were supposed to stop out for a -100 pip loss got settled for a -1000 pip loss; accounts with 5 and 10 thousand dollars were suddenly valued at -$20,000 or worse within a split second. For the retail investor, you lose the money in your account but the negative balance becomes a loss for the broker (for most cases). That is how they all went bankrupt or nearly bankrupt.

Kurumi is coping hard, searching for salvation, and perhaps found confirmation bias. As part of that she's reaching out to others to share in her "amazing fortune/assured victory".
