There's a reason given for that if you spent an extra 30 seconds on it.

Spoiler: Why she is in danger

Prior to his regression, they were overrun by orcs and those kept them busy.

She's F rank because it's her first day as a player, and everyone starts at F rank. Increasing rank directly affects stats, and you don't get a class until rank E.

Post-regression, protag killed all of the orcs, and psycho newbie killer basically got bored, so he turned on his team instead.

This is too much stuff. He's got return on death, ghost mentor, necromancer, skill and stat absorption, the ability to nullify concepts. Any one of these would make a protagonist, all of them is bullshit.
