Read 3 chapters, and no its not good. An s-rank girl that saved him before he regressed, is somehow in the first dungeon he's in as an f-rank and is about to be killed by a serial killer, so bro dicides to "die" to get stronger to save her. When he dies he goes back in time by one hour.
Got pissed at the stupidity and stopped.

Post-regression, protag killed all of the orcs, and psycho newbie killer basically got bored, so he turned on his team instead.

I was like, "time regression hunter manwha? sure I'm in" Then "Oh he has time regression, nullification ability and his class is solo leveling? I'm out"
This is too much stuff. He's got return on death, ghost mentor, necromancer, skill and stat absorption, the ability to nullify concepts. Any one of these would make a protagonist, all of them is bullshit.

This manhwa has a horrid story-telling issue. They start world-building and then gleam over it.
The best guild tried to assassinate you bc the sis ate w you? Forgotten in the next panel.
He beat a red dungeon as a E-rank, hyping it for half a chapter? Forgotten in next panel.
Of course, you have your pushover Nippon protagonist who saves everyone.
It has promise but always lets down at the last moment on delivering.

I think Apocalypse system makes a good point that some worlds aren't worth saving.
There's no characters with development: very flat, and everyone is the one note stereotypical Japanese villain,
'I'll leave you to the monsters' 'I'll k*ll you!' 'He must be my bride, and he must die!'
I don't really understand why he would want to save his world when he has no family there, and the only good char is the main heroine (plus a few mobs). Very bipolar characters as well and not representative to Japanese university culture nor working culture. Not even Tokyo U's cafeteria food is spot on! XD
The adaptation is poor, the fighting and planning isn't bad. His interaction with the Demon lord and drive is nice.
Just the planning is all over.
