A word about the chapter title (no room to put it in the translation note because of all that mahjong stuff):

The original title is ココロツモル女 (Kokoro Tsumoru Onna), kokoro (心) meaning "heart, emotions" and onna (女) "woman".
It's actually a pun combining:
- 積もる (tsumoro): "to pile up, to accumulate" (in the sense of emotions)
- ツモ (tsumo): the mahjong term for "self-draw"

I'm not really satisfied with my translation on this but I had no other idea how to transcribe it.
