Due to how the place is set up, this is implausible. Not even counting the fact that he's barely slept and barely ate, so he doesn't have the energy to even hope to hurt/kill one of them.

At this point you might just wanna lock youself in your free timed place you get and bang make sure nobody get inside and do what must be done, unalive by something which could easily keel you or just bang your head against the wall until you fade away

Correction: Even though he saw neither his family nor his friends care about him in the previous chapters he does not actually have a motive to return to them, he wants to return to live a normal life again.
