I am really confused about the physical attribute and age between the characters designs.

MC as 20 years old looks a lot older than his age.

MC's mother as 41 years old look a lot younger than her age.

Stress makes you age way faster than normal, so his appearance in the other world is pretty reasonable.

The first one seems to be the one most people remember since it's more recent. The story time of an isekai returnee isn't new, but several of the elements (except the alien) almost feel like a direct lift from that one. Bog standard regular Japanese boy gets OP in another world, returns with his powers intact, is immediately targeted by a crazy long haired beauty who is also a yokai/demon hunter, he instantly demolishes her, also there's an angel. I mean sure you could expect 3 or 4 out of 7 elements to be similar, but all 7? Only thing missing in the beginning is his old bullies getting packed up.
