Isn't mustard gas heavier than normal air? Wouldn't that be a problem given they are on the floor below the dragon?
it also doesn't stay in gas form for long and becomes a powder that settles on the ground, they also clearly had gas masks already so it's completely harmless to them so long as they don't have open wounds and hose off before demasking
You're reading isekais and you can't figure out they'll use it to attract adventurers into the dungeon and then become the rest top of the dungeon and make infinite money?
Did you forgot that they are basically in the bottom floor of the dungeon? Especially, this is the "unpopular" dungeon due to high difficulties. They had no idea how many floors they need to go up.
Yes, you figured out the plot. It's almost like I wrote "they'll use it to attract adventurers into the dungeon" to explain how "unpopular" doesn't really matter, and I certainly won't be surprised when the same kind of magic BS that already put two girls, one giant store, and a bunch of animals on that floor also manages to get more people to that floor.
Again, your "rest stop" is at the bottom floor. The dungeon was said to be very difficult and it most likely have more than 14 floors. I doubt they can entice adventure in current condition. It's still logistic problem.
