well there was a "someone's power causes winter when they're said" but it makes sense that there'd be 'nature' stuff that'd cause it too , imagine if some earthquake causes ppl to 'naturally' swap ability versus the 'borrowed' ability chapter

The context is implying that it’s a Hunter x Hunter character whose not liking of ramen is foreshadowing of a spoiler. At the moment there is no character who matches that description… YET
