In the first chapter, The first thing she did when she saw a dragon was to smoke her own cigars. Shes pretty much an addict even before the story started lol.

Shes probably enjoying the different flavors the modern cigarette has.

The obvious way it fails, that occurred to me, is that the dragon dies but respawns before they get in there to check.

It's not shown clearly in the Manga but in the light novel it's stated that the dragon's room is about 100m away from theirs, and the door to the room is really solid.

What I love about these dumb isekai featuring modern products, is that the authors always make the solutions needlessly elaborate.

I especially like this one because they literally have pumped fuel and unlimited hose to just fill it up from the other side zoolander style. Worried about static but then bring a whole bunch of heaters and fans in… Also they have power apparently so idk why they needed a camp stove timer on 11 hours to light it (kinda glazed over that bit really). Run an extension with the ends stripped and just plug it in to get spark lol.

Honestly while they were at it they may as well chucked in some plastics, sugar, detergents and just turned the whole room into ‘nam.
