Ordinary guy / extraordinary girl manga suggestions?

I’ve been on a kick, reading my old favourites again.
Things like Ah! my Goddess, Chobits, DearS, Heavens Lost Property, Rozen Maiden, Witchcraft Works etc etc.

Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for similar manga? Something with an ordinary fella who starts living with a girl who’s magic or super human etc.

Or anything else that you think I could enjoy *Shrugs

I just realized I don't have many manga with this dynamic. Even though I'm pretty sure I read a lot of stories like this.
So here's some that I can easily find in my library for now

My Marriage to Saneka,
One Room, Hiatari Futsuu, Tenshi-tsuki, (you probably already know these)
Majo-senpai Nippou
Do you count next door? Oshi ni Amagami ?
How about the reverse isekai knight farmer? Tanbo de Hirotta and Orenchi ni Kita ?

it's because they all fall into ToLoveRu category (Yuuragi Yuuna, Maga-tsuki, Ane Naru Mono, etc.)
that's why I didn't buy the manga back then
and Kaminomi don't have English release

I think I can try to remember a couple good titles with this theme
Here are some I consider actually good.
Sorted starting with the one I liked the most

Delusion Telepathy - nice story, easy to get sucked in for a couple hour binge tour
Actually, I Am… - pleasant rom-com with a healthy balance of fluff-fun and action (sorta)
Call of the night - a bit strange in the beginning, but interesting worldbuilding and slightly unusual version of vampires
My New Girlfriend Is Not Human? - a good stuff from the artist on twitter.
Q, What is love - fluffy and nice one, unfortunately translation stopped at some point. (a bit reminded me of kumika-no-mikaku that solstice258 mentioned)
Kanojo wa Rokurokubi - just some nice and short romcom
In/Spectre - the guy isn't actually "ordinary", so this goes into "I think you could enjoy" category
Demi-chan wa Kataritai - really nice slice of life comedy with a tinge of romance



Bonus entry that I randomly remembered
Birdy The Mighty - this one is old and I remember it wasn't bad, but idk if it's good either. Never finished it tho.

Altina the Sword Princess (sadly a short light novel advert) a tactician and a superhuman sword-wielding princess
Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun normal boy goes to demon school
QQ Sweeper hard to describe this one. incredible author, though
Mahou Tsukai Kurohime legendary magical gun witch
Angel Densetsu scary-faced boy and martial arts girl
Debby the Corsifa wa Makezugirai high school boy has to entertain the strongest demon
Akanabe-sensei wa Tereshirazu mangaka who is straightforward to the point of absurdity and her assistant

I've read Actually I Am, but it's due another read, Call of the night is something I started but didn't get far through (it was way back when it first started). In/Spectre was one of my top anime when it came out, i'm surprised I didn't bother looking at the manga.

I've added all these to my reading list anyway thanks for all the recommendations

Lots of these are new to me, I am up to date with Iruma (apart from the chapter that I'll read soon as I reply to this ) and I have a feeling I've read Onidere or something similar, Nerd guy and Delinquent girl is another trope I rather enjoy.
