They might be still getting it made, it would have to be a custom order and most likely man-made, unlike regular uniforms, which I presume are all factory made. We don't probably have any automated machinery with settings to easily produce something for her size.

But honestly the height perspectives are so inconsistent at times. We find out she is 39cm taller which looks accurate; yet, when she stands next to the boys they are 55-60% of her height and I refuse to believe the boys are 112cm tall when they were shown 2 pages earlier to be similar in height to our mc and as such in That scene girl suddenly jumped a full metre easily. Yet then after she is back to 2.14 (honesty even 2.14 feels a tad short for a race of "giants" given like said sometimes she just is randomly 3m+)
