I mean, there really hasn't been any actual relationship progress, BUT ever since however many chapters ago where she flat out said out loud (while he was sleeping) that she likes (loves) him she has been quite a bit more on the offensive with him. She still seems to be hesitating based on how her past was, but she is now locking in to get to a good point with him. I imagine she is still unsure how he feels so she is going with cautious trepidation instead of just putting all the cards on the table.
