This isn't a new series, by the looks of it. I believe it has already been years since Japan lowered the age of majority to 18, so no uni student would be a minor. Of course this story takes place in another world, so anything goes, but probably the author would just copy such a detail over. No wonder someone said this title is actually older than the 1:39 one. Though the 1:39 is undoubtedly funnier, this certainly has more weight. The chapters are proper ones, for a real story, and this isn't all comedy. It's a good thing these are different.
