Judging by the the chapter preview for the next one, holo's sis has made a very big mistake attacking Lily's daddy.

Agreed with everyone who thinks it's weird they just left the little sister to be mega traumatised though.

I don't know for the guys who keep saying Holo is 'best girl'. Wanting to ditch the life of royalty to live independently and not risk having her guards catch wind of her to be dragged back, I can understand, but it's clear she has at least one person in the castle, i.e. her little sister, who still genuinely cared about her. She had to give her at least some sign that she was okay once the drama of the situation died down (though, considering it's the disappearance of a royal figure, I guess something like that wouldn't go down even decades down the line).

Holo was probably still young and spry to think mostly about her own needs at the time, but after getting caught by her sister, surely she must have realized she not only made her 'kidnapper' her little sister's notorious enemy, but also severely traumatized her to the point of secluding herself from the world, the exact opposite of where she's currently at. This right here kind of brought my favor to her down a few notches.

Lots of emotion, but very little thought. Both Holo's actions and those who comment along this line of "She could have contacted her".

My only questions is first "How?". We haven't really seen any kind of message delivering magic being used, so how would this message be delivered/sign be delivered? How would Holo guarantee only she saw it? How can she expect the little sister who genuinely cared about her not use that message/sign to stop at no ends to find her? The only thing Holo could and should have done in this situation was actually not be lazy and prepared something instead of sleeping to tell her sister what was going on. This would have still caused an outroar but there's a chance she wouldn't have made MC into her notorious enemy. Only a chance though.
Emotions cloud not only thoughts, but also memories. Even with a sign, there's no guarantee how she would have taken it. She could have simply thought "My sister wouldn't do this, this must be a trick".
Sorry but the only thing to prevent what's happening now was Holo not getting the idea in the first place.
