Did they defend them before? And is there anything to defend? I am pretty sure most sites that exist only to get stuff uploaded to them don't take responsibility for what is uploaded, otherwise they can't stay afloat. They all operate on the "we turn a blind eye until someone's lawyer gets up our arse" policy

And just keep uploding here for now, but have a back up, and maybe upload it to the other 2 sites that start with C as well if that's not too much trouble. I think that while Dex is still kicking, there's no reason to move somewhere else as this site is still the best hub.

The likeliness of anything happening at all to a scanlator is so small you shouldn't even consider it a possibility. If dex gets DMCA again or anything of the sorts they'll just remove the title.

I'm 41, so Miko could easily be my daughter, and back in high school I had a portable CD player (Sony Discman) and similar earbuds. They came free with the CD player, too, so they weren't all that special.
