For starters, this isn't worth reading.
But here goes,
in a festival occurring in Kano's college Kano and Yuito were in a date (by this moment, Yuito admits he is in love with Kano but still did not confess properly since you know, out MC has personal issues at home), there they meet Ayato and Kano's sister which they were "having a date" (it was more Ayato dragging Kano's sister while he is looking for Kano and to piss off Yuito since he hates him because Kano loves Yuito and not him and he knows he has a crush on Kano's sister although at this stage that crush is fading) and well what does Ayato do? Of course confess again but also badmouth Yuito, of course Kano snaps and literally tells him that there is no way in hell she can ever date Ayato and tell him to stop being annoying, she doesn't hate Ayato, but she stopped even caring about him after he tried to score points after badmouthing Yuito (as you know, it's literally shooting yourself in the foot), and she tells him (and her sister) that Yuito's is more than they think and that Yuito is the one she loves and that will never change no matter how "perfect" Ayato is.
Then we have an Ayato PoV chapter that literally resumes into "Yuito was brave and I'm not, so the only thing I can do to keep my ego up is to make his life hell" and the cherry on top is the author's note justifying's Ayato's behavior like he wasn't olanning to make him the bad guy (which he is, and also Kano's sister because she knows about Yuito's crush on her but she tries to pull those stunts talk with Ayato).
That ends with Ayato having a breakdown and catching a cold which is hilarious.
In the most recent chapters Kano and Yuito went to Yuito's grandparents house where Kano just said "I'm engaged to Yuito" the good thing is that he actually is ok with the idea, the bad thing is we are getting more chapters about kano's sister which trust me, she drags the WN down).
