Maybe it’s because I’ve been living under a rock all this time apparently but, are there actually dating sim action RPG games like they have in these mangas in real life?

Some others have been mentioned, but there's also the Agarest War series in which each game goes through multiple generations of wooing one of multiple heroines and passing on the protagonist position to your kid with the exception of the PSP one which has only two generations. In that one, though, you can have a daughter if you want where in the others you only have sons.

MC should have gone the extra mile, changed his name entirely, possibly with his previous world one, started to wear sunglasses liek a certain half elf and made a notebook in unreadble japanese with every event he remembers.
As he wasn't a die hard fan and then abandoned the route entirely he started to forget the game, as is normal, I don't think many of us would be able to write a guide of a game we played in the past unless we were super hardcore.
I completed Golden Sun on GBA multiple times, at the time I kenw what to do pretty well, but now forgot a lot.

Mushoku Tensei, in the school arc a certain elf faked being a guy and used magical sunglasses that had a effect that confused people a bit so no one questioned her build.
I meant that if this MC really wanted to discard his identity he should have gone the extra mile, he have no attachment to the villain name and would make more sense to his original one, and as the school would have other nobles and people that knew him he should have camouflaged himself a bit more, in fact I checked the raws and it seems like a noble girl recognized him istantly, after all he just dyed the hair, name and face are the same.
