This chapter really marked as the author having run out of ideas, and I strongly dislike the resemblance with current/modern day Japan (Gravure idols + TV + Video camera + Kitchen appliances + electronics store, disc rentals, etc.).
I wanted to see how this hmm.. enhanced creature created from now lost technology adapts the changed world. Ecchiness works as a coping mechanism until he/it accepts no longer having his prior genitals.
Not this "author who wants big breasts people in his life [in Japan]" wrapped in fantasy setting with elves and monsters (smelly goblin and ogres).

Because he ain't pure born monster, he is originally human with human desires and mind, while his morals already and mostly becoming a monster. He has few human morals left he wouldn't like to cross, just very few, but his Human desires, specially his lust is quite unchained.
