It's still getting updated, but since it got an official English release, they aren't getting translated in advance by anyone. You can buy it in dolars or, if you are like me and live on a country with devalued money, read it in some agregator site like manganato.

It’s decent, I checked it out because it had an 8.7 (which is pretty dang high for an isekai) but it was just the normal slop. Dunno why this is so highly rated. 7 or 8/10
Also rambling on how much I dislike this:
The characters are interestingly drawn but the creation magic is just disappointing for me, because like most creation magic it’s just completely broken where you can create anything even other skills (which kinda defeats the purpose of choosing other skills at the beginning)
