I dunno, but he just made Saitama references at least a few times. I can only assume he's incorrect about 007 meaning working from 12am to 12pm (how does one work 9 to 9 AND 12 to 12, it overlaps) and actually means 24/7 which was Saitama's dedication to his training that made him go bald (the picture and the going bald line). Then we see him carrying the iconic single grocery bag with the obligatory leek veggie popping out of the top, holding it palm backwards. Coupled together with the rose's eyeball trying to look innocent, it makes it seem like that's what they're actually going for. Just a joke in the theme of his power of transforming any book into a customer self-generated power granting book.

Working 9am to 9pm is 12 hours.
When you work at 12am to 12pm (0 to 0) for a whole week(7 days) is the 007.

IIRC jack ma, ex-ceo of alibaba, was the one who (created?)implemented this.

I like to imagine that the MC's creepy shadow we see here at the end and earlier scenes is "Inky". Meaning he never leaves, he just occasionally makes himself visible.

I was wrong in my earlier conclusion that Ackermann would not become a minor character. Looks like Mr. Lin is uplifting another member of the hunters--now the question becomes if he will join Spider? I'm curious to see what happens when Mr. Lin gets name dropped.

Fantasy meets modern times, and by the looks of those Cthulhu looking anime squid people they possibly could, and the vice pres for the truth society or what ever is like 300+ years old

Basically the MC is like the Roivas family in "Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem" they are being used as servants of an "elder god" without being aware of it and end up destroying 3 other elder gods to fulfill that god's machinations without ever realizing they were used by the "dead god"

It's a Lovecraftian world that people got powers from draining the creatures in the other side. The ''Dreamworld''. But the means of power isn't just contracts and connections, but also biological experiments and transfusions. And it seems those that used too much or couldn't control it properly started mutating with traits of the Elder Gods and those creatures.
