The "Has translated chapters: English" filter erroneously shows mangas with no chapters

I tested this with a few mangas. Searching for the exact title, or more general search, like using a "SCI-FI" filter.

Example:
https://mangadex.org/titles?page=1&q=one+outs&translatedLang=en&onlyAvailableChapters=true shows One Outs, even though it doesn't have English translated chapters.

Perhaps I misunderstand how the filter works?

It's "fixed" for my example. One Outs did not show up when using that search parameters. But other searches still give titles with no translated chapters.

It's an issue with how MD aggressively caches data and sometimes the cached data doesn't get updated correctly.

Feel free to drop a list of titles that are giving you problems and someone will come along and give the servers a smack

Edit: just double check that you are not blocking and groups or users first.
