For the actress sister, is possible that MC made her avoid roles that damaged her image, I presume she gets roles as stoic/serious girl, and MC didn't want her to make action or comedy that would make it crumble, more likely she simply can't act in certain roles and didn't realize her limits, is even possible that she is actually able but the refused jobs were negative to her image, like a villain or a whore, that would partially return to the first reason i listed, she will likely get the roles she want or pay more, and will not be able to do the actign right or is super bad roles that make the viewers turn away.
For the multi talent sister, hard to say as labelling her like that tells me nothing about her actual job, but I'm guessing the total ban on socials is because unlike the idol she just says whatever passes in her mind, and everything is bad (female Kanye West), she is probably gonna start doing exactly that, bad posts.
