Yes they start to date properly, even share their first kiss (he never kissed Miyuki). Don't remember if they sleep together, but she stays over one night.
They have a bunch of sweet moments, before and after becoming a couple. They are not really the center of the story, it's all about punishing the cheaters and the bullies. But when we get the parts they spend together, it really great.

Actually Miyuki's mom did not die in the WN (yet). She collapsed after finding out what here daughter did and ends up in the hospital. She is a very sweet and good mom, it hits her really hard because she loved Eiji as her son and his mother was here best friend. Now she also lost both of them since Eiji's mom doesn't want to forgive them.
As for the dad, thats the sad part. It's the same thing here daughter did, he left her. That's probably the main reason she hates her daughter now and can't forgive her.

Turns out the EX doesn't even know what love is, she is just selfish and didn't even pay attention to anyone as she should have. Even the Cheater gave her an option to leave him and she still took the selfish route which destoryed her. Ai, FMC, stomps her on this when they have their first interaction. She literally get mentally broken after that and a few situation where she sees the MC couple being happy. His next birthday is one of the things that breaks here the most, as she sees Ai being happy with him insted of her. She even develops a split personality in her head, and that one only curses her for what she did. We can say it's self punishment.

Her chapters are really sad and depressing, but she deservers everything. No one is to blame for this, not even the garbage cheater.

She even tries to commit suicide but Ai has eyes on her all the time (yes, she is that powerfull). She stops her and she now lives like a husk, i don't know how to describe it. Doesn't eat or sleep, only cries and hates herself wishing to go back. She can't even apologize because she got show down by almost everyone, expecially Eiji's mom and his Best Friend (forgot his name, sorry) who was the only one next to the Otaku Endo that believed in him form the start.

He actually had 2 childhood friends but 1 that loved him more, Yumi, stepped away since he liked the other one more, Eri, the one that cheated. They get reunited thanks to Eiji's best friend (MVP move btw) and she still loves him after all theses years. He thinks he doesn't deserve her love but thanks to her and a talk with her father who likes him very much (he is the main Cop in this bulling case) they become a couple

I was thinking about making a big spoiler post tomorrow about every character and their faith so far in the WN. It's still ongoing and being regularly translated. This girl is basically crazy. She thought the bastard (i'll use this as his name for now) loved her, but Endo took pictures of his affair with Miyuki and from the shadows delivered them to her. She is suicidal now but wants to kill the bastard with herself. I don't remember that she even tried to make things right or let alone apologize to Endo. She's all alone, everyone left her, her best friend Yumi, even her family i think, after what she did to Endo.

The Club President
I believe the literature club one, that's who you mean. She is the true mastermind ofall this cheating and bulling. She was a class mate of Endo, Yumi, Eri and the bastard in middle school. For what i can remember she was jealous of people who are smarter than her. I'll have to look this up to make sure. But she manipulated the bastard to take Eri and then Miyuki.
Anyway the cops get her after i think Ai finds out she is behind everything. She tries to use her brain to escape but the Detective and the Cop (Yumi's dad) are way smarter. It's easy to say that her future is over, and she will end up in jail.

Btw. MC's Mom is a loving and very strong mom in this whole bulling situation. She doesn't forgive anyone, not even Miyuki's mom who did nothing wrong. Trust me, one of the best parts is when Miyuki tries to make things "right" by going to Eiji's house, but the Mom answers the door. That is peak, getting truly destroyed by "kindness"!

The story is really great if you can get over the NTR start. The characters and how they connect and react to this whole bulling situation (which is the main plot of this whole story, not the NTR) is really great. The writer did a good job.
There are a few very similar manga like this, but non of them are on this level. I mean, people really use their brains here (excluding the idiot bullies and cheaters). In most of them adults and teachers are straight up stupid, but not here. They carry this story.

I'm not really a novel lover or even reader (and i don't enjoy NTR), but i do like revenge stories and i picked this up on a whim while i was bored. Now i'm really glad i did, love it and i can see why it won awards.

• The police arrived and arrested Kondo and Miyuki at the hotel.
• Miyuki's mom was hysterical at the police station. She couldn't believe her daughter cheated on kind Eiji and was caught in a love hotel with another guy. The shock made her faint.

-The Ending (Volume 1)-

• Kondo and Miyuki finally faced some consequences for their actions.
• Kondo and his dad thought they could cover everything up. They planned to use Miyuki even more.

I spent a few hours last night reading the WN, it’s around chapter 80 after the school assembly event that clears Eiji and everyone knows the truths of situation. Wonder what will happen to Miyuki.

Well she just can’t do anythings other than stays at home keeps regretting. Encountering a fate that her life will be doomed soon, her mother hate her, almost sure that she will be expelled from school and problably losing her house since Eiji’s mother will call a compensation if necessary forcing her mother to sell the house that tried so hard to settle in this town. If things are the same as LN her mother will die and she become homeless. Such a sad fortune, no redemption.

Eri
This girl is basically crazy. She thought the bastard (i'll use this as his name for now) loved her, but Endo took pictures of his affair with Miyuki and from the shadows delivered them to her. She is suicidal now but wants to kill the bastard with herself. I don't remember that she even tried to make things right or let alone apologize to Endo. She's all alone, everyone left her, her best friend Yumi, even her family i think, after what she did to Endo.

The Club President
I believe the literature club one, that's who you mean. She is the true mastermind ofall this cheating and bulling. She was a class mate of Endo, Yumi, Eri and the bastard in middle school. For what i can remember she was jealous of people who are smarter than her. I'll have to look this up to make sure. But she manipulated the bastard to take Eri and then Miyuki.
Anyway the cops get her after i think Ai finds out she is behind everything. She tries to use her brain to escape but the Detective and the Cop (Yumi's dad) are way smarter. It's easy to say that her future is over, and she will end up in jail.

Eri
After found out that Kondo did the same thing as her to other girl, she started investigating and found out that their formal classmate, now held position of the literature club president, Tachibana, is the mastermind of these things. Cooperating with Ai’s servant, they also play major role, manage to put Tachibana into cell and will soon prison.

The Literature Club President, Tachibana “The Manager”
The manager is what the club’s members call her. She and Kondo are sex-friend, I doubt they have started this relationship before messing with Eri. Hating Eri that is best than her in class, she ruined her life. Hating Eiji that is best than her in literature, she almost success ruined his life too.
