I simply cannot understand why this content is so popular in Japan. Why do they like this edging? This manga is just NTR authors wet dream, plot writes it self with MC's like that.

Funny ain't it? If it weren't for you i would leave it at 3/5 rating in my library (meaning likely not to read again).
But in any case i placed it at the bottom of priority for wasting and artificially stretching the story between 2 adults. (upgraded to 4/5 but to bottom tier).
I guess either mangaka decided to have some shame or publisher told that rating is falling too much.
