Just wait like 8 chapters, there is progress and change in the status quo. Slow translation might get wrong impression but this is not really a type of series without continuity and development unlike something like Rental Girlfriend, if you noticed plot from previous chapter often flows into the next one. Latest raws in Noa are in chapters 86 and there is romantic progress, in fact it's quite entertaining.
