Nice, I'm glad they conveyed what a creep he is so efficiently. Definitely one of the most enigmatic characters from what I've read so far (LN only, started the WN from the beginning recently) & definitely an enemy who'll die by Akira's hand in the end no matter how many times they meet as allies before then, should be an interesting showdown once whatever political nightmare his group tries to inflict on Akira first is over lol
For the people wondering if it's the same cyborg who was friends with the psycho chick: it was never hard-confirmed (no names or anything) but the interludes involving one particular cyborg freak at least very strongly imply it's the same guy, a cyborg infiltrator from an enemy city (or corp or other organization, he & his allies always just call each other "comrade" so I personally assumed it was a political/ideological group over just business) who we know nothing about aside from the fact he swaps bodies & identities like clothes... it'd be kinda wild for the author to have 2 communist cyborg infiltrators but I guess it could happen lol
edit: on rereading what I wrote I realize this reads like spoilers but the first paragraph is just speculation using no more info than is currently available in the manga version, & the second paragraph is referring to things that would've already happened had they been included in the manga. IDR if/how extensively they showed the cyborg's "escape" with his allies once the first fight was over here but that & one other similar cutaway that happens before Nelgo is introduced in this scene in the LN are all I'm referring to, promise
