Perhaps there might be a factor that let's all saved conquered heroine reset to the beginning just like how games have a point where if you fail... all progress resets and changes approach, or the story might deviate from the game he knows... different possibilities

I did find it hilarious that the wrong options lead to his instant death to being hit by a truck, getting stabbed or beaten to death. At least he brought up on how the school is lacking in security. So this doesn't seem to be an adaptation but apparently is or was, i couldn't find a WN for this though, for what the author said he submitted this back in fall/winter 2021 and after alot of things happened, this started now (so no idea if this was a novel or not, doesn't help that they call it a "serialization based on Kennoji's original work", instead of calling it a manga original like he did with his other manga originals)

Anyway, this is by the same author as Drugstore in Another World and some others
