This time the elf reciprocates the feelings of his human companion instead of continuing on his carefree elf journey and only coming back to see her when she's old and going to die.

Finally, they kissed! I love this elf MC than the other elf MC (different manga series), who is super dense and has only just been adventuring for his whole life.

Some of you have no idea what that word means. Like every other buzzword, it lost its meaning as well i guess.

unfortunately, that does seem to be the case. Grooming is a process done over time. What he did was save her life, erase her memory, and not see her again until she was an adult. One event by definition can not be grooming. It's fine to call it creepy if that's how you feel, but the word means something and I agree that it shouldn't be cheapened by just treating it like a buzzword.

There's always the option of the author making Jin end up togeth with Minori, and leaving Liese heartbroken as the one who gave up on Minori because he was too afraid of the difference in their lifespans.
I sure hope that's not it, though.
